Masumbuko Nzingula

Masumbuko Nzingula is an experienced professional with a strong background in fish marketing, aquaculture, fisheries management, and quality assurance. He currently works as the General Manager at NASHA Aqua Fish Services and Marketing in Mkuranga, a position he has held since November 2016.
Prior to this, Masumbuko served as a Fisheries Officer II at the local government authorities in Tanzania, specifically at Mwanga and Mkuranga District Councils, where he focused on the promotion and sustainable use of fisheries resources.
He also held the role of Co-ordinating and Planning Manager at Aquaculture and Environmental Services Ltd in Dar es Salaam and worked as a Quality Assurance Manager at Bahari Foods Ltd, overseeing the inspection and quality control processes in the fish processing plant. Earlier in his career, he gained valuable experience as a quality assurance officer at Nyanza Bottling Co. Ltd. (the Coca-Cola company) and as a laboratory technician at ALS (T) Ltd., geochemical laboratory.
Masumbuko's expertise extends to fish farming, fisheries resource management, and food safety standards, including Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP). He holds a diploma in fish processing, quality assurance, and marketing from Mbegani Fisheries Education Training Agency in Bagamoyo, which further solidifies his technical expertise in the industry.
