Miraji Mustapha Joseph holds a Bachelor's degree in Aquaculture from Sokoine University of Agriculture from 2018 to 2021. He has over four years of professional experience and consistently demonstrates excellence in the areas of aquaculture production, sales, marketing, and project execution.
Miraji is currently serving as the Production Manager and Marketing & Sales Representative at NovFeed (T) Limited. In this capacity, he is responsible for the strategic marketing initiatives and the operational efficiency of the production process.
Before his position, he was Technical Manager at Zanzibar Hatchery (KOICA), Production and Project Manager at One Voice Organization, and Technical Manager at One Voice Organization. In these roles, he was responsible for the implementation of significant initiatives in sea cucumber and crab farming, algae production, sea turtle care, and seaweed cultivation.
Miraji, the Founder and Managing Director of Miafo Co Ltd, is a natural entrepreneurial leader who also serves as the Managing Director of Development and Marketing Consultancy. His technical toolkit is fortified by his expertise in the construction of aquaculture infrastructure and the facilitation of professional project development training, as well as his certifications in digital marketing (SILABU & UDSM), web and graphic design.
In Tanzania and beyond, Miraji promotes sustainable aquaculture practices by integrating technical expertise, leadership, and innovation.
